非常糟糕的体验，入住就非常不顺心，在负一层吃午饭，上菜时间长，而且上的鱼明显已经变质，散发着恶臭，室外温泉区开的池子不多，且温度不高，人多的像下饺子。唯一感觉温暖的是，刘姓大厅服务人员接送行李非常热情。
