我们三家人开了三间房间，两间标间和一个高级房，高级房是一张大床，标间是两张床，高级房的一张床其实是两张床合拼的，房间很开阔非常大很漂亮，设施方便停车的地方有一处破给我车刮坏了，已经跟他们经理反应过，他们赠了我几张温泉票作为补偿，最近又用他们的赠票去过一次，上次的设施已经改了！酒店已经把我车刮的地方进行整改，哈哈！我也算做出了些贡献！

去一次可以，住宿主楼硬件可以，早餐就是经济型酒店的档次，温泉水不干净，也许是节假日人多的缘故，周边自然环境不错，推荐生态园。

真的很不错 已经是来的第三次了，以前两次都是单位组织，这次是家庭短途游。住，还是选主楼舒服。温泉，2130基本就关门了，所以尽量早去。吃，-1层的餐厅很好很不错 还帮忙煮赶海赶回来的蚬子海螺什么的。听说到冬天还有滑雪项目 还没去看过 不了解。总之非常棒

酒店硬件和环境都不错，但是服务真的很一般，首先从订房到前台服务态度很生硬，落了一个充电器在房间，我上午退房下午电话要求前台取让服务员查一下，前台一口咬定他们服务员检查很仔细不会遗漏没有发现，就是不愿意让服务员再去跑一趟看看有无落下，实际上我就是把充电器落在房间了，还好只是个充电器，要是手机肯定得报案了！只能说农村的地方农村的服务员意识！另外，早餐非常一般，退房时间超过了十五分钟，以上仅供其他人参考！
