超级棒的体验感，领班态度非常好，特别的周到，订的两天房，白天出去以后本来想着给倒下垃圾就好，回来以后发现给收拾的特别到位，还给放了下午茶，特别的贴心。

酒店的运营管理和待客服务非常好，李志华经理和纪刚经理热情周到管理有方细致耐心，王凤英、崔海英等服务员工作非常认真负责，收拾房间干净整洁有序快捷，田新服务员友善礼貌送的夜宵非常好吃，面条、点心、银耳梨糖水、馄饨、汤圆等夜宵丰富多样。酒店的设施齐全、交通便利、服务热情周到、大堂宽敞明亮、餐饮美味，值得称赞。
