很差的酒店，很差的服务，大同零下19度，房间没有空调，没有暖气，咨询前天，前台理直气壮告知:我们空调晚上11:30分以后才有！这温度无法洗澡，无法入睡！多次电话前台沟通，无果！这样的酒店设施和服务真是让人恼火！！！br强烈不建议入住！
