优点：地理位置优越，停车方便；早餐品种丰富，服务人员态度好；房间打扫及时，每天有水果赠送；桑拿中心干净舒适，温度合适；。
缺点：高级标间位于酒店临街，一楼餐厅的酒气熏人直接窜到住宿的三楼，安排的房间有很刺鼻气味，跟前台协商，店里答复说因为是网上支付的除非自行退款，明明知道预付的一旦申请退款会无理由全额扣除，分明就是刁难我们？！
因为入住时间4天，又带孩子才选择这个酒店，没成想店里解释这是装修的原因，可是网上说明最后装修是在2011年，感觉受骗，在第一天实在气愤给他一颗星。

所谓目前浑源最好的酒店，楼道里充斥着满满的酒气，房间里则是浓烈的花椒气味，让酒店给调换，解释是网上预定的就这样的，还建议我们把网上已付款的退掉，说店里价格更优惠，退款可是全额扣除房费了，无语😓……

隔音效果太差！太差！太差了！其他都还好，干净卫生，就是屋外一点声音都能听见，尤其靠近楼梯的位置，吵得根本睡不着

酒店设施齐全，晚上睡觉很安静。卫生间干净，洗澡水很热，就是下水不畅。床垫有点软，建议重新更换新的枕头和床罩。
