差评差评，空调不冷，叫来服务员摆弄一下后扔下一句：过一会就好了，就走了。早上六点多，外面开始施工，吵得不能睡。离店三四天，酒店迟迟不核实入住，艺龙的担保金一直不退，联系三四次艺龙，总算退款。下次再也不会去住了。

客房和前台服务不错，餐厅服务不行，叫服务员得等半天，好容易过来了说完扭头就忘了客人要什么，重复叫重复说，吃个饭真累！早餐自助种类还可以，还是服务员有问题，非要身高不到120的孩子交早餐费才能吃，让拿尺子过来量身高又没有，理论了两句什么都不听就让交钱，后来来了个领班还是什么看了孩子身高说没问题可以吃，这才进去，这服务意识和管理太差！硬件上还可以，有加湿器，卫生间很小，洗澡带着孩子有点挤，客房有送水果，保安很负责，发现我们车没锁好，及时打电话通知，这些都很满意。

第一次到浑源，没想到浑源有这么好的酒店。设施齐全，房间布置是中式的，古色古香的感觉。房间还有小熊加湿器!洗澡水特别好!每天还有水果送!餐厅的菜肴味道好，菜量大，价格公道，可以点半份。自助早餐也不错。离悬空寺和恒山景点很近，非常方便。来恒山玩住这里应该是最佳选择。特别适合自驾游，酒店有停车场，保安很负责。
