酒店服务较满意。我们是一家四口入住的，因为当时预订的房间床型过小，前台客服见我们情况，主动建议我们升级房型，价钱差不多，但可以让您和您的家人睡得舒服些。我觉得这个细微的举动就可以让客人有被关心的感觉。房间设施还不错，在44层的高楼上可以将佛山一览无余。但有点失望的就是50楼的自助晚餐，可能是我们其待太多了。食品种类很少，大众点评上推荐的菜式有很多都是没有的。
