一直都是我在佛山最满意的酒店，客房服务还是好的，但这次入住觉得餐厅的工作人员态度不怎么积极。晚餐问服务员拿个剪刀用来剪长脚蟹，好久都没拿过来，也没有回复，问第二次才说没有，让我用牙咬，也是醉。本来就没有像别的餐厅那样把蟹壳压碎方便客人撕开，问拿剪刀还让你自己用牙咬，画面我都不敢想象了好吗。我就不信一家五星级酒店的餐厅连剪长脚蟹的剪刀都没有。
