这家酒店的服务实在是太好了！前台服务大使陈兴鑫办理入住时给我们免费升级了房型，给了我们更高更大的房间，早餐也准备的不错，种类应有尽有。平时进出酒店遇到的每一位工作人员都会热情的和我打招呼，真的有种宾至如归特别温暖的感觉，值得推荐入住。

地段不错，但周遭环境有点乱。这次让人感动的是礼宾部的Timo，我无意间的一个问询却得到了他细致的帮助，如图攻略细则，非常有用，体现一个礼宾业务素养和修为。冲Timo的服务，其他就不吐槽了。祝他早日拿到礼宾的金钥匙🔑。

酒店算是很老了，但是客房一点都不老，比福州绝大多数的酒店都要好，位置不用说地铁口又算市中心，非常感谢服务大使Reina入住时送小朋友的小熊非常好看

性价比不错，因为是白金，所以升了级，特别感谢前台的黄灿荣，应该没记错名字，服务特别好，一切贴心的点都想到了，这个洲际生意好也是有缘由的。唯一就是今天退房时候，你们门口迎宾放客人箱子不需要摔摔打打的，我箱子很贵，不想干活我自己也可以放
