这家酒店的服务实在是太好了！前台服务大使陈兴鑫办理入住时给我们免费升级了房型，给了我们更高更大的房间，早餐也准备的不错，种类应有尽有。平时进出酒店遇到的每一位工作人员都会热情的和我打招呼，真的有种宾至如归特别温暖的感觉，值得推荐入住。

酒店算是很老了，但是客房一点都不老，比福州绝大多数的酒店都要好，位置不用说地铁口又算市中心，非常感谢服务大使Reina入住时送小朋友的小熊非常好看

性价比不错，因为是白金，所以升了级，特别感谢前台的黄灿荣，应该没记错名字，服务特别好，一切贴心的点都想到了，这个洲际生意好也是有缘由的。唯一就是今天退房时候，你们门口迎宾放客人箱子不需要摔摔打打的，我箱子很贵，不想干活我自己也可以放

第一次住到这么差的酒店。房间好像空了好久。衣橱的袋子上一层灰。饮料吧价格表下面居然有老鼠屎！淋浴房洗澡热水忽冷忽热。洗个澡都不安心。迫不及待的离开！

交通：很方便，靠近五一广场和三坊七巷很繁华，离地铁站也很近，门口就有公交车站。
卫生：房间很干净，厕所马桶也没有异味很舒服，打扫卫生的阿姨也很热心仔细
环境：大堂的环境很好，装修也很不错
服务：前台对服务很热心很仔细， 特别感谢前台的服务大使陈兴鑫安排的房间特别棒！！景观好还会再回来！
