不会再住这个酒店了，住的行政豪华房，没有安排在行者楼层。当问及行政酒廊位置时，说是特惠房，不享受任何行政房相关待遇。可笑，特惠是你给客人的优惠，不能以牺牲客人服务为条件，普通房也有特惠，难道可以没有床吗。打到艺龙投诉，艺龙工作人员61395以没有注明该房型可以享受行政待遇为由，可以不提供。可是就叫行政房，还要怎么标注。这就是洲际的服务，这就是艺龙的服务。

刚进大门竟然没有迎宾来接待，而且也没帮忙拿行礼，客房服务员刚进我们房间的态度不太好，有待提高培训！大堂较一般，根本没有达到五星级的标准！唯一让我满意的是泳池，总之性价比不高！
