五星的价格，?星的待遇。酒店的门童站在门口只看见在吹牛，啥也不会做;叫酒店送双拖鞋也是没了谁了，催了三次，愣是离店了都没送，在此奉劝大家住前三思

对于酒店控的我来说，这家的确是让人大跌眼镜的五星级酒店，接待大堂小的可怜，办理入住要很久（我前面个人足足办了二十多分钟），而且没有欢迎茶，在顾客等待时也不会主动递水或问候引导，三点办理入住居然说房间还没打扫好要等40分钟，即使是旅游热门地区也没遇上过这样的，何况我办理入住已等了半小时，心情自然不佳，接待的女服务员也缺乏处理问题的经验与能力，说可以给我升级到行政房不过面积要比我定的豪华房小一点而且是有烟层我自然不愿意（这也算是升级吗？其实只要多说升级的优点，安抚下顾客情绪，顾客自然会接受），后来另一位有经验的男服务生过来向我解释了一翻并表示有一间刚打扫好的|豪华房可入住我觉得可以接受，主要对他处理问题能力表示认可。早餐就餐环境也很混乱，进去后也无人引导，等位等了二十几分钟，早餐中规中矩，好是说不上的。总之1100多价位500多品质吧（很多六七百的性价比远超这），唯一要说好的就是离地铁近，附近吃饭方便，酒店员工的服务态度还是好的，应是管理上的问题。
