酒店设施中规中矩，并无亮点。地理位置优越，第一天入住和前台表示希望高一点，但是还是给了16楼，电梯里看见18楼开始才是行政楼层。房间里设置和普通房并无不同，仅沐浴用品有差别，行政房也没有咖啡机和音响设施。下午茶在二楼，通常行政待遇的下午茶这些是在行政楼层。续订了普通房，和前台协商要双床，前台只会堆着笑说不确定是否可以给到，服务不是笑就是服务，要一心为客户满足要求才是服务。最后说不能满足就退房才叫来经理说可以。房间入住时等待了两个半小时。在福州目前没有太过顶级的酒店的缘故，类似四季、悦榕庄貌似都没有，服务差强人意。

拖鞋不小心湿掉打给服务中心过了半个小时才给送上来 七点四十左右打电话要送水果 结果等了40分钟都不来 由于第二天赶一大早的火车就电话过去叫他们不送了 真的一点时间观念都没有 屋里垃圾桶不套垃圾袋？搞得我扔垃圾犹豫半天 唯一只有大堂服务还是算贴心
