好评。总体说来很不错，服务人员态度不错，早餐也很丰富，房间卫生做的也挺好。酒店位置不错。每次来基本都住这里，离办事地点较近。

每个人的角度不一样。住了这么多高端酒店。从没见到过这么好的健身中心。酒店的健身中心这么大 还有这么大的泡澡的 还有一个小孩子玩玩的游泳池。健身中心服务也不错的。还帮我女儿换游泳衣服。带我进游泳池。和香格里拉的服务有的一拼。但是我要说的是水质一般呀。很有朦胧感。 有点失望。 但是设施很棒。行政楼层的免费晚餐我觉得也不错。 他们还为我女儿特意做了一碗炒面。真的很好吃。 第一次入住凯宾斯基这个品牌。服务很好。很推荐。 就是我们江苏的凯宾斯基都太老了。不管是无锡的还是苏州的。不然有机会还是会选择这个品牌的 服务真的不错呀。 一千多元真的值得的。
