很不错的酒店，服务态度很好，下次依旧会继续选择。旁边就是福州最大的东二环泰禾广场，吃喝玩乐都方便，在市区，交通也很方便。酒店设施齐全，房间布局干湿分离，很不错，前台办理入住和退房都很高效，礼宾热情，下次还会选择!

Absolutely wonderful service, and Vicky, the hotel manager, was absolutely fantastic. Very clean. Helpful staff. The hotel is in an excellent location and we had a wonderful time. We will definitely stay at the Pullman again!

每次来福州都住这，交通便利离福州站很近，边上的泰禾广场逛街吃饭很方便，酒店房间设施也都很新，自助餐也不错！服务更方面也很ok！

订酒店时，查看铂尔曼酒店的评价很好，入住酒店后感觉很满意，房间很干净，设施很到位！酒店各项服务优佳！地理位置优越，出门就是泰禾广场，购物和用餐都很方便，而且还有很大的孩子娱乐场所和购物区，评价非常棒！

在泰禾广场隔壁，需要购物的话非常方便，但是去三坊七巷得打车，有一定距离。酒店设施很新，隔音也很好，尤其要夸一下床上用品，非常舒适，有助睡眠。
半夜需要药品，酒店也提供了，感谢～
房间里有冰箱，挺方便的，但不知道为什么所有垃圾桶都没有垃圾袋
提出两点希望可以改进，一是可否配备一次性浴缸套？否则浴缸几乎是纯摆设了。二是以后如果重新装修可以考虑安装电动窗帘，体验感会提升很多

在东二环高架边上，旁边就是泰禾广场，还有泰禾自己的商品房，还有凯宾斯基酒店～
蛮喜欢铂尔曼的酒店氛围，现代化程度很高，窗帘都是电动的～
住的双人房，房间不算大，但是有衣帽间，备品是一个美国品牌，有给茶壶，但没给茶叶～
服务不错，反应很快～
可以加早餐，前台加80元一人，前一天不可改，自行去吃90元一人～
早餐品种还可以，有燕麦粥、同利肉燕、面线糊可以吃，主厨很nice，问他有没有奶酪，他切了亲自给送过来～还帮忙打扫卫生，因为疫情控制成本，一人兼数职～
