酒店环境优雅，旁边两百米就是泰禾广场逛个够，房间内视线很好阳光充足，隔音超级棒很安静让人睡的舒服，房间内设施齐全应有尽有，卫生打扫的超级干净，住着一点也不别扭，特别表扬前台的Kitty和Ella小姐姐！！！ 炒鸡温柔，真的服务很贴心周到，耐心地帮我办理了入住，笑容也很甜，有什么疑问她们都耐心地给我解答，倍感亲切！！！

和家人来福州游玩，铂尔曼酒店整体给我的感觉特别的好，酒店的地理位置绝佳，服务也特别的到位，进门礼宾部的工作人员就主动帮忙拿行李，行政酒廊的小涵，热情洋溢，给我宾至如归的感觉，真的太感谢了。周末的时候西餐厅还有小小厨师课程，小宝非常兴奋，自己做些吃的，很有趣。早餐也是非常丰富，而且靠近商场，晚上带着他们去玩吃夜宵也方便，距离北站也很近，交通便捷。

再次订了铂尔曼是因为很超值，酒店很新、床很舒服，酒店和泰禾连在一起确实很方便，吃的逛的还有影院；值得一说的还有酒店服务，询问住店感受竟然真的给升级了房间，行政楼层有多了酒廊还有房间多了胶囊机，对喜欢咖啡和发呆的人简直是福音。早餐的品质一点也不敷衍，这次还把大堂打扮的很Q，大堂迎接的小姐姐很好看（都有点不敢让她帮忙推行李了），今天退房后依然有回访，前台主管ViVi细致到还能和我聊早餐咖啡和酒廊咖啡的区别，只能期待下次再入住了！??
