酒店有些旧了，前台女服务员态度很一般。我在网上订的是豪华大床房，艺龙也发来短信说确认有房了。但是去了之后前台直接给了我标间，也没做解释。我问了才说没有大床房了，如果我要大床房，需要升级加钱。我也是醉了，不是订好的吗？本来想投诉的，但当时太累了，又急着放完行李出门，就算了。太不靠谱了。

王思聪都说自己的酒店乱，没有想到确实很乱，下车不但行李没有人管，行李服务生走过形同路人，漠视。前台还不错、整体团队参差不齐……，不像一个质量管理水平高的企业。
