一直都住威斯汀的，这次的感受太差了，没办法接受！白天入住没有注意，扔了行李就出门！到晚上洗漱时候，居然发现还有上一个房客遗留的化妆包，同时洗漱品都没有，脑子当时的反应是和某X、某K有类似的情况吗？立马电话总台，无人接电，跑到前台，先是说没有房间可以调换，说换个床单和补足洗漱用品，也许是意识到事态的问题，到后来电话说免费升级（我要升级干嘛），直到安排另外房间已经到午夜12点了！一直信赖的威斯汀后续一直没有出面给予说法，没办法接受，一个好的口碑是长时间积累的，但是一次的错误，也没办法换回客户的信任，尤其是对威斯汀这样的品牌！
