住了三晚，酒店位置很偏。但是胜在清净，硬件设施开始老旧，但服务意识挺好。最后一晚出现插曲，但大堂经理及时给予帮助解决。总体还算满意的，毕竟只是逸林酒店。公务团、旅游团很多，还要注意避开粉丝团。自助餐选择很少，但是食材新鲜。

办理入住很慢，在网上订，还要等什么单据，推托于其他部门，服务不及时，这么高档酒店没有好的服务意识体验很差！

免费升级了行政套房，不错。但是网上预订时已经担保了，办理入住的时候还要交押金，不方便。建议简化一下流程

再次入住这家希尔顿酒店，非常好，来广州还会选择这家的，前台非常礼貌，因为堵车严重，凌晨三点才入住，还免费帮助升级豪华房，缺点就是房间两瓶矿泉水还不是赠饮，需要自费。
