酒店服务前台服务接待不错，客房的服务员也不错。由于这次前来是休闲度假为主，进入房间后使用不了网络。致电前台热线，安排工作人员也很细致帮我把网络问题弄好。其余的也很满意，唯独是房间的配套设施不太满意。没有咖啡杯以及垃圾桶没有放置垃圾袋，希望酒店继续加强硬件和配套的服务。

原来的房间晚上被空调的噪音影响无法入睡，好在酒店值班经理当机同意换房才能睡着。还有酒店大堂竟然没有雨伞，房间也没有配备，这在五星级酒店是很大的缺陷，服务员的态度是很好的。

去看Hebe的演唱会，离场馆很近，骑着摩拜一路下坡就到了。酒店设施很完善，接待很好，房间挺大的！！早餐也很好吃！

二楼的中餐馆不错，关键是薛之谦和沙溢也在这家酒店，我在6层，老薛住10层，下次老薛演唱会还在这家住
