各方面服务都很好，服务员友善有礼貌，服务积极。我们定的是SPA房，房内自带私家温泉池，第一眼看起来不太干净，跟客房部联系后马上有阿姨带着消毒剂来清洗，同时解释说天然温泉水有正常的沉淀，确实也是。自带池可以远远看到白水寨，景色特别好，小情侣特别适合。住房带双人无限次温泉门票，温泉依山而建，类型特别多，晚上八点后去人不多特别舒适。包双人自助早餐，在一楼广州酒家吃，我们早上近十点才去，人还是特别多，吃的还不错，就是服务员太少。总体来说物有所值，会再去的。
