从來未試过给5分满分，这酒店真的值了，雖然5年多的酒店，但保养非常好，貌似一兩年的酒店一样，洒店衛生乾淨，餐饮绝对物超所值，水平甚高。温泉雖然池不算很多，但極奇乾淨，毛巾供应充足。酒店员工令我最为满意，每一人员工都非常贴心，不像有些洒店天价的价錢，3星的水平，如珠海长隆企鹅洒店性价比可以說是0，但此酒店如5分滿分，我可以给10分，自问曾住过国內国外大大小小的酒店超过1千间，但甚少酒店可做到如此高的服务水平，下次渡假一定再來，如洒店管理層有机会看到此評价，希望善待贵酒店的员工，皆因他们才令我给滿分的分数

美林湖的好在于用心，法式建筑的典雅精致，湖水纯澈静美，酒店内每一处都干净整洁，每一个细节都让人安心享受，自助餐出品优质，生日的小朋友还有送蛋糕气球，艺人唱生日歌，一切都彰显出出酒店规划管理人员的匠心独运，最后要表扬为我提供优质服务的伟鹏，文婷，宏杰。以后还会再来。
