酒店位于城市中心，去花城广场，K11都非常近。酒店门口相当低调，但颇有特色，门口礼宾热情，仔细，会贴心的提醒是否有带齐行李。前台在65楼，一出电梯，就有小姐姐问候，带到前台办入住，办完后还特别带我去房间做了仔细的介绍，房间很大，舒适干净，风景太棒啦，床单非常白净和整洁，洗手间真是超大，还有两个洗手盆！
服务快捷又贴心，前台非常热心的介绍了周围好吃的地方，根据我的行程还提供免费的延迟退房，无边泳池太赞了，健身房的设备也很齐全。整个酒店满满的设计感，有很多原木工艺的装饰，还有广东传统岭南元素。强烈推荐！

酒店位置于珠江新城中心，房间装饰很有特色，很多原木的风格，还有个古香古色的柜子，可以看到珠江和城市的景色，服务非常贴心，前台会主动问入住的怎么样，礼宾很殷勤，充满笑容，酒店卫生保养的很好，还提供口罩和消毒纸巾，目前价格超级超值，下次一定会再住！

广州柏悦酒店的地理位置真的很好。交通非常方便。第一次住这家酒店，前台的叶小姐还给我安排免费升级到塔景房，非常感谢。这次的入住体验非常棒，下次到广州还会选择广州柏悦！
