早餐不错，虾饺很好吃，餐厅服务生很热情，态度很好，服务值得点赞，前台工作人员与之相比态度就有点生硬，有待提升，均价三千一晚的房间，可能就住个地段，离花城广场很近，地下商场餐厅特多，想吃什么都有，房间还是很不错的，舒适度高。夜景那是没话说了，棒！

住广州柏悦几次了地理位置和综合服务都算是不错的。但是印象不太好的是第一次住的时候，浴缸残留有别人的毛发，虽然联系客房服务及时清扫并赔礼道歉了，但是总感觉不太干净，后续住地几次卫生弄得就可以了。但是客房走廊的地毯水印污渍比较明显，不知道本来就这样还是脏了。这次就感觉房间内还行，公共区域的卫生需要抓紧。
