昨天年初二，广州气温20多度，房间居然不能开空调，投诉！说有几位客人说很冷，还借了暖炉！！然后就全酒店温度调高了几度！理由简直荒唐！并且只提供一张很厚的被子，没得换薄的，小孩子都睡到满头大汗了，最后再三强烈要求下才找来两张薄一点的被子！
