酒店总体设施和服务都比较好，但是前台处理问题的态度和方法真是值得质疑，本来是在艺龙网上订的双床房，但是到酒店后前台查到的是大床房，在这种情况下不积极的与网站沟通给我一个解决的办法，只是让我与网站沟通并说只能给我安排大床房，等了很长时间最后找了经理才给我们安排了双床房。作为一个五星级的酒店，这种服务的态度和效率确实让我们很失望。

酒店与机场仅一路之隔，步行大约5分钟路程，酒店也有车送达，选择住宿这里主要是方便乘坐早班机。酒店环境好，设施齐全，晚上休息房间很安静，有叫早服务，工作人员服务热情、礼貌周到。唯一有点美中不足的是，价格有点小贵。
