傍晚7点多入住，前台帅哥人帅服务好！第二天7点要出发去机场，帅哥说帮打包好一份早餐放前台，很贴心~房间设施很好，房间很大，卫生很干净！位置也很棒，度假村里，很安静舒服~
可惜第二天早晨去前台，换了两位前台小哥，有一位戴眼镜的接待的。很抱歉我要用粗口形容他，真的是个**来的！全程低头玩手机，我说请问帮我打包的一份早餐在这里嘛？他说：不知道哦！我说：昨天晚上提前讲好今天早晨打包一份的。他说：我不知道哦！
我说：那现在去餐厅可以打包一份嘛？他说：不知道可不可以打包哦！然后继续低头开始玩手机……***********？**************，*****？你什么都不知道坐在那里干毛啊！你们老板花钱请你来是坐在那里玩***手机的咩？**！一脸傲慢的*样，一点服务意识和职业操守都没有的垃圾**~上班时间全程玩手机，客人询问全程不耐烦，就会因为你们这种**，会给本来很好的酒店带来多少负面影响！希望酒店人力资源管理部门看到评论抓紧时间让这种**回家玩手机去吧！别让一颗老鼠屎影响了你们酒店这么好的形象！
