超级烂的酒店，用户体验超级差，酒店很大，设施很好，可是服务超级烂，特别是早餐，本来很期待怎么贵的酒店，早餐会很好，结果东西比快捷酒店的早餐还差，都没东西，这还不算，早餐包子最普通的东西，跟挤牙膏一样，一下放一笼，客户选择都没有，自助要怎么节省，食物浪费都不够工资，很奇葩的是自助早餐冰激凌居然是收费的，收费你摆出来干嘛？一个冰激凌一块钱不到，让吃能吃多少？真没见过这么抠门的五星酒店。。。。。。体验超级差，差点以为是名宿

退房不认真查看，走了之后电话联系说房间毛巾用得非常脏，洗不干净，需要特殊处理。要赔偿50元，不是这50元的问题，你们工作态度可以认真一些吗。我们怎么知道是不是之后弄脏的。为什么不当场查房完再退押金呢，这么麻烦电话联系，你们不嫌烦，我还嫌烦。
