酒店外部环境还可以，群山环抱！但是这个价位的酒店，没有安排车辆送机，而是像黑车一样的收费，就让人无法理解与接受！想去机场，就只能接受，三公里，四十块，评论区也看到很多客人诟病！在这里给大家提供一个方案，现在滴滴都很发达，无法叫到从酒店去机场的，那就反过来叫一个机场到罗山湖戴斯酒店的车，一来一回也就20左右，关键解决这个不爽！爽……

差！评！（不得不给的差评，基于其价位及星级的基础）傍晚6点半左右入住，发现空调降不了温，经过多次调试，直到入睡被热醒，发现房间还没有走廊凉快！！！晚上11.30左右让总台来检查，告诉我空调是坏的，让我换房间。（能理解一下当时的情况，东西都摆放出来了，让我收拾，搬房间？！另外因为该酒店是新建设的，每间房间还是有较重的异味…所以…感受一下，好不容易一个房间住了几小时，味道小了点…结果…）不过住是没法住，房间肯定要搬，但觉得很失望，我住的难道是快捷酒店？！不能理解这种高档点的酒店难道不应该确保房间适合入住才让顾客check in的吗？！！！提出除了换房间，还需要其他补偿，结果至第二天早上退房，被告知酒店已尽到他们的义务，及时换房，The End…也没有多做纠缠，毕竟她们的态度只能这样子了，只是觉得这样子的设施及服务的话，不值得这个价格，非常一般！虽然我可能是个例，但希望大家慎重考虑。PS：因此在这里给出差评也是我应尽的义务！The End…
