坐的高铁桂林站下，打车2公里多点，酒店在市中心出行方便，周围吃饭也方便，左边是步行街，右边有粥城。酒店下楼过马路就是可以坐船游两江四湖，五星级的酒店服务卫生都没得话说，还给免费升级，好评

客房卫生很干净，非常感谢客房主管刘培玲！我儿子吐了，她非常关心，仔细询问，并且帮我们找体温表量体温，打扫房间！一直到我儿子舒服一点才离开！真的很感动！为客房主管刘培玲点个大大的赞！给了我家人一般的温暖！

酒店位置非常棒，吃、购、游很方便。45、46号房间是相通的，中间隔门可锁。入住时前台没有事先告知，去前台换房，服务员很不耐烦。
