位置好，到码头和象鼻山都非常近。亲子房不错，小孩子很喜欢。三楼的中餐厅服务不错。
不过，还是要投诉下三楼早餐餐厅出口男士洗手间的卫生员，7月27日早上，具体是哪个员工希望酒店去了解。
7月27日早上八点左右，本人在男洗手间上厕所后，因为马桶坏了，冲不了水，只好将盖子盖住出来找卫生员，刚好有个男卫生员进来，我就和他说，马桶坏了，你去看一下。结果他黑着脸不理我！进去后倒腾一下，然后对着我黑着脸骂骂咧咧，上厕所为何不冲水。我立马就石化了当时，我就说，我就是因为马桶坏了冲不了水才找你的！我是故意不冲水吗？结果他说，那你就是不冲水啊！我很生气，说你这人怎么这么说话，我冲的了水我找你干嘛！再说了，我要是故意不冲水我会和你说要你看马桶吗！
然后我说你这么说话，我要投诉你！他说你去投诉啊！！！态度极其恶劣！！我很生气，但是和家人要赶阳朔的船没有办法当场投诉，所以只好走了！
作为一个旅游城市，作为一个旅游城市的五星级酒店，我不敢相信居然有这种服务态度！有这么低素质的员工！
在这里写，只是想给酒店一个提醒！需要好好培训员工！
特别是这个卫生员这样话，已经不是简单的服务态度问题，有点侮辱人格问题了！！
