酒店设施和位置都很好，卫生做得也很好，房间和走廊都没有任何异味。但是服务差强人意。前台的工作人员，客气中带着冷漠，餐厅的烫米粉阿姨，连续两天，都是很勉强的服务态度。退房的时候，不允许14:00退房，理由是，我们的房源很紧张，满房了。感受不到应该有的热情和细致。

地理位置在市中心，到哪都方便，旁边就是步行街，吃也很方便。五星级酒店服务挺好，住客也很多，最后一晚还送了水果。但是隔音好像差了点，我们是自由行不用赶时间，每天想多睡会，但天天大清早7点左右被走廊上其他游客吵醒。
