设施老旧可以理解，毕竟这么多年了，可是你标榜和希尔顿一个级别，价钱也差不多作为本地五星酒店，备品竟然和快捷酒店一样就说不过去了，早饭简直就是菜市场水准，我留了意见建议，也没有收到反馈邮件。你们就是这么对待客户的声音的？
