住宿环境，设施和服务都非常好，住得很舒服。只可惜提供的婴儿床半夜床板掉下来了，小朋友半边身子都掉了下去，幸好及时抱起来，没什么大事，就是吓了一大跳。早上跟前台说了以后也及时安排人查看。建议儿童早餐安排下白粥，五谷粥小朋友不一定能吃。

虽然住的不是湖景房，但酒店的装修环境，都很棒，最棒的是能喝到纯正的美式咖啡，如我所愿还有只小猫，可以假期临湖小酌。

最大的惊喜是，服务到家，房虽然小点，但处处细节都彰显用心，窗外风景优美，可惜被树档住了许多，下次仍考虑入住。有些地方仍有待改进 ，浴缸位置没有沐浴露，厕所水声太大，每逢洗澡，房里都很大声很吵。
