住的榻榻米亲子房，很满意，小朋友也很兴奋，卫生间很宽敞，干净整洁。酒店打扫的很干净，工作人员态度都非常好。三楼有晾晒的露台，不过要赶早。唯一缺点是咖啡厅不管是早餐，喝咖啡还是午餐，上菜速度实在是太慢。下次去桂林还会选择住这里。

酒店设施完善，有旅游部，可以预定旅游产品。有商店对于没时间买纪念品的我们最适合不过了。有咖啡厅喝喝茶聊聊天。有餐厅，堵车晚到有酒店电话预约晚餐，晚上10点多厨师还特意准备了中西餐，味道还不错哦！
