非常好的入住体验，优秀的地方实在太多不一一赘述。说说和竞争对手相比不足的地方：遇见的服务员不会主动点头微笑；没有孩子的浴袍和拖鞋（遇见带孩子的家庭可以按年龄有不同的对策和服务）；自助餐的味道实在一般，当然也低碳；游乐天地设备得换些实在的。在即将离店之前，感谢香格里拉提供优质的服务，这是来桂林的首选！
