几乎可以用完美来形容酒店的服务，酒店内设施，装潢，房间的设计，和卫生等等。太喜欢!
如果酒店的牙刷可以改用软毛的，就是最完美的。

酒店位置较偏，虽说酒店环境不错，但周边很破旧，性价比一般。入住期间遇到一些问题，不过艺龙解决方案还算不错！

很难相信我住的是五星级大酒店，还不如我在阳朔小县城里住的天伦酒店！！！
前台服务到是没话说，就两个人白天夜里就忙活这两人了！
说说卫生吧，一开抽屉拿出咖啡杯里有根头发，红茶咖啡码放凌乱，杯垫脏，第二天少块香皂和抽纸及日历，我们只向前台要了抽纸，剩下的懒得要了。两个人入住每天就给一把梳子和一套洗涤用品!
枕头不是太高就是太矮。
房间小，面积都给大厅了。去了健身房，兵乓求有桌没球没拍，基本都是摆设。
地理位置远离市区。
还有许多懒得说了！

第一次来桂林，感觉这个城市特别让人舒服。工作人员服务态度也很好。非常满意，虽然入住有些小误会，但是整体服务体验很好，在房间里点的餐也很好吃，还会再来的。没能体验到竹筏和??，很遗憾
