酒店不错，在桂林算是没什么对手了，除了喜来登。就是年代有点久了，但设施维护得算不错的。比较让人觉得失望的，就是这个大堂下午茶，完全没有五星酒店的风范，太随意了。酒店位置不错，窗外就是漓江，真棒。早餐很好，晚餐也很棒，非常怀念那碟腊肉腊肠蒸荔浦芋头啊！

真的很气派，很远就看到了香格里拉的建筑，就在漓江边上，打车出行很方便，还有迷你动物园，小动物都很可爱，酒店服务也很好。

带妈妈出来、豪华阁6楼办理入住的。有早餐下午茶送，味道服务都不错，不愧是国际五星级酒店！要点赞的地方很多！

非常满意，服务态度很好，硬件设施豪华大气。特别是私家花园，比亚龙湾的有过之无不及！还有孔雀、鸵鸟、小猪、天鹅等，让人每天都想去看望他们，还有草地上的射箭、水池中的游船，我想，亲子游是一定不能错过的。
