酒店位置很好，面对漓江。但硬件设施太旧。饭店餐饮不错，很丰富，但略贵，性价比不高。周边的尚水街据说是有名的美食街，但显得脏乱，不太喜欢。

带孩子出游，特意预定的亲子房，结果上午办理入住时说亲子家具还未布置，晚会会布置，表示理解，下午六点回来，依旧空空如也，打了前台电话，告知没有了，孩子特别失望，其实就是一个普通的大床房，酒店方面任何说明或歉意也没有，服务很差，对不起五星级酒店的称号，比起我们在广州住的四星，差别不是一星半点，不建议大家定亲子房，完全没有亲子设施，差评，出门走廊正对下方自助餐厅，味道特别难闻，走廊都是臭臭的
