只能说是我住过最差的喜来登!从办理入住时就遇到那种冷漠、高傲、背对着你说话、互相推诿的员工开始，我原期待在入住的两天能感受到温暖的服务，能令我改变对这酒店的看法。但还是令我失望了，酒店的装修和设施是我住过的喜来登当中最陈旧的，而且相差太远。在最后退房时遇到服务人员的那种互相推诿爱理不理的服务，令我留在酒店最后一刻的体会都是最差的，只能选择快点离开。也有可能是旅游城市，住客太多，酒店服务人员已麻木不仁了，理解!

11点不到就到大堂了，过来的早了，没有房间，让我们先去吃午饭，我们吃完午饭回来，说客房还没收拾好，在等半小时，半小时以后再去问，说还没好，问预计什么时候好，前台说她也不确定，主要是早上赶飞机5点多就起来了，想让孩子午休一会。一家四口房间略显拥挤，早餐可以吃饱，要求不高还是可以的，
