前台办理入住的人员非常亲切，客房服务员黄昏时来开床还特意送上两个知名品牌小巧克力，早餐时的现磨咖啡当然是我最爱，餐食种类也算丰富，酒店地理位置离步行街跟江边景点非常方便，如果再去桂林，喜来登值得入住。

服务态度差，服务员业务水平低，见过最差的喜来登酒店，服务员不愿意为顾客考虑。
设施陈旧，地毯脏的像室外红地毯。
最无法忍受的是热水，打开热水烫死人，不开热水只能冷水。台盆和淋浴不能同时用，台盆用水的话淋浴的水时冷时热。
最后一次入住。

8月旅游旺季入住的，抱歉现在才来点评。酒店最突出的特色是地理位置一流，就在漓江边上，离著名的几个景点都非常近，离步行街也很近，出行、购物和餐饮都方便。因为是老字号酒店，开业时间较长，酒店设施就一般般，有点旧，但还是干净卫生。好评！
