酒店服务专业，酒廊没开的时候送的酒廊套餐也诚意十足。就是多年未再装修，设施显的老旧，好在服务很大程度弥补了此项不足。

确实是很老了酒店，好几个楼层都在装修，还好我们白天也不在酒店。然后服务有点欠佳，相比别的老牌五星觉得有点冷漠前台checkin的时候。定的499加下午茶的，它下午茶一定要提前一天预约，所以我们也没吃，就住了一晚。早餐还可以，在遍地螺狮粉的地方常到了面包黄油…突然就满足了。但是餐厅小孩子很多，一直跑来跑去，也没人阻止。感觉不如之前住的会展那个酒店

桂林老牌五星酒酒店，地理位置优越，就在象鼻山旁边。酒店历史比较久，硬件设施稍微有些老。但也正是因为如此，所以价格很实惠。总体感觉不错，值得推荐。

地理位置非常好，后面是步行街，出门右转是象山公园，客房很干净，游泳池很棒，总体来说很满意，下次再来桂林仍然住这里
