时隔28年后再次入住，当年还是叫文华大饭店，大堂变化不是很大，客房的装修风格基本都变了，当年的马来西亚籍总经理坡洪和前厅部经理严彪不知道现在还在不在业内。服务还是依旧的标准、规范，对客人的要求也一一回应到位，不愧是资深的五星酒店。下次有机会会入住。
