房间很大，衞生间也非常大。乾净，安静，园林漂亮，可以看海口湾夜景。一楼中餐厅的早茶很好。离华彩海口湾广场步行几分钟，购物方便。

Had a really comfortable stay. The room was spacious and had a very beautiful balcony view. The only gripe is that the shower cleanliness feels a little lacking, there was quite abit of grime on the walls and floors.
Morning breakfast options a little lacking in variety. You will feel bored by the 2nd day.
Heated pool is not really a pool.. more of a hot tub. So if you are expecting to do laps, please manage your expectation.

入住体验很好，前台hardy的服务特别靠谱，办理入住的时候效率很高，核对讯息、拿房卡一气呵成，还主动跟我説了早餐时间和电梯位置，特别贴心。中途我问客房服务员董燕附近有没有便利店，工作人员不仅指了路，还告诉我哪家东西全，感觉特别周到，离店的时候也是，戴师傅帮忙拿行李指引，很快就办完了退房手续，全程态度都很好，必须点个赞！
行政酒廊的小莹Willa服务也很好特别贴心

酒店定晚了，只有双床房了，不过房间面积很大，是1.39的两张床。房间的备品也都很充足，沐浴露洗发水都是大瓶装。酒店环境很不错，员工热情服务，还给我推荐周围好吃的，旁边就有个很大的商场，可以在海边看日落，非常惬意，Jenny回访满意。
