本来是很好的酒店，服务也不错，就是中餐和晚餐品质被扣了分，尤其是中餐，很...难...吃。前台有个戴眼镜的妹妹服务特别好，真的展现了一个五星酒店前台应有的素质。但是今天退房遇到另一个黑黑的高高的前台领班，告知我由于一个木制的晾衣架掉到地上摔坏了要赔偿50块。一个木头衣架2块钱好吗？而且掉地上就能摔坏，请问这是什么质量啊？！
最后看到我是Ihg会员说算了不用赔了，但是，我只能说，很让人失望。本来比较满意的一次体验就这么搞砸了。
