  酒店位置好 服务贴心 入住前帮忙升级了海景房 超赞 入住期间总机连续两天都有电话回访入住感受 客房补充物品也很及时 在这里要感谢coco在入住期间的关怀 服务主动亲切。两天入住因为懒得出门 用餐基础在酒店解决 送餐及时热情 忘了送餐小哥的名字啦 早餐午餐自助性价比高 不含早早餐微信团购只要88，满足。海口市区酒店的不二之选啦

  非常满意的酒店，大堂气派，是出差旅游的最好选择，离国贸商圈近，在万绿园边上，空气没得说，散步骑行也很不错！

  在海口第一次入住香格里拉大酒店，入住时候的体验很不错，热情而专业，礼宾服务也积极到位，有个遗憾：酒店去沙滩的路上，在大道和沙滩之间上下楼梯只用一块木板，很不安全方便。

  不是第一次入住希尔顿了，所以到海口也选了希，空中大堂似乎都是大家分享的重点，但我要讲一下服务，凌晨到酒店，门庭没有服务生指引！这点和其他城市的希家有差距！房间面积很大，设施可圈可点的只能算智能马桶了！化妆镜是坏的，维保工作有待提高！中餐厅的菜品是可以的，还是在细节处有瑕疵，孩子踩过的沙发，及时收拾一下，见图吧！
