  从三亚到海口，经朋友推荐选了鲁能希尔顿，的确很不错。一线海景，有很多泳池，而且设施齐备。工作人员服务态度好，表扬前台盈盈。

  酒店位置很棒！前台大川给我们升级了海景房，很棒！宝贝们很喜欢??环境挺好的，我们是自驾游所以对我们来说很大你方便离机场也很便捷！下次一定会再住的！

  一家人出来旅行，订在了这边，环境很好，酒店后面有独立的沙滩，游泳池就有三个，下午音乐放着很有泳池轰趴的感觉；早餐很丰盛，中西都有，而且到11点结束，满足了我这个可以睡懒觉的想法；员工服务很热情，临时遇到公务想延迟退房，员工Coco（名字好好听），就很热情的帮助进行了延退。非常舒适的酒店，房间对着海，很安静，床也很舒服，极力推荐

  十分适合带孩子常住，十一期间组织了丰富的活动，住的非常惬意舒适。早餐丰富，停车场免费，还贴心的加了婴儿床。特别感谢酒店前台Victor在我们被网约车放鸽子的时候帮我们重新约车，还有还有服务员蒙少花帮忙给宝宝换了小礼品。下次度假还会选择的酒店，推荐！

  住了一晚海口鲁能希尔顿，酒店很新，硬件设施很高档且维护保养的很好。前台办入住时Adam Li 非常亲切专业高效，迅速办理了入住，解答了关于机场巴士、餐厅饭点儿和具体位置等问题，非常耐心。给Adam 点个赞。房间进去时空调是开着的，房间内温度适宜。阳台向外看满眼郁郁葱葱绿植和草坪，以及蓝色的大海。天略阴，适合我这个怕晒的人。[呲牙] 在酒店里吃了三餐，餐食品质简直不要太好。浓汤黄鱼面特别赞，味道好量超足。自助晚餐有海鲜和各种烤肉作为横菜，加上各类其他菜肴、汤羹、主食、甜品。没控制好吃多了。早餐自助也很丰富，怕长胖控制了下，选了以蔬菜为主的。楼下泳池分为3个，还有人造沙滩。基本上在酒店呆几天休息享受是没有问题的。所有员工也都很年轻，友好，伶俐，专业。很契合出来度假需要的对于服务场景的期许。五星推荐。[玫瑰][玫瑰]
