本来入住体验都还挺不错的，有一点让我觉得服务还是够不上5星的标准，我回来后发现我忘了东西在酒店，在别的星级酒店甚至是服务好一点的舒适型酒店都会给我打电话的，甚至提供一些后续的服务，结果没有接到喜来登的任何电话，让人感觉至少服务还达不到5星的标准

海口喜来登酒店装修风格很有特色、周围环境很好，温泉不错，早上可以去海边跑步！如果度假是不错选择，下次度假会考虑入住。
