标准2点入住，六点都无法入住，提前几天备注请提供一个安静，无味道的房间，直到晚上8点才入住，而且临大街，非常失望和愤怒，要求加被子，1个小时无响应，比之前入住的希尔顿，温德姆差太远，欢迎管理层前来解释。

海口喜来登度假酒店是海口最好的酒店，服务热情周到，特别是前台的小姑娘们笑容可掬，办事快捷认真，深受大家喜爱。特别值得表扬的是唐阿娟，跟踪服务热情，送给小朋友礼物，推荐酒店设施和活动，值得赞扬。谢谢了！
