宾馆硬件建设都可以，但服务有些问题，网上订完房间以后，上午到达后，接待前台告知下午三点才可以入住，如果提前入住需要多交半天房费。这样做没有道理。难道顾客如果下午三点钟才入住，那么第二天早晨三点钟退房赶航班就也可以收半价房费吗？另外如果真有这样规定应提前告知旅客。当然，最后顾客请求退订款才允许入住，总算得到解决。需要说明的的是，其他地方的喜来登酒店并不非这样难为顾客，这可能是个别员工的问题，这里就不说她的名字啦。
